Support Engineers asking for username/password

Over the years that I have been a customer, I always find it odd that a KH support engineer would ask for my WHM username and password. It doesn't happen a lot but it happened again today for me. I mean support wants to test something and there is a test user created for the purpose but asking a reseller to turn over their WHM username and password to "verify their account" I just do not get that. Am I crazy?

This is unfortunately part of a left-over identity verification system that's on it's way out and won't be required soon in the future. I apologize for the inconvenience but we're definitely working this out.
